Proposed and developed an agent-driven workflow platform, then worked on ClickUp integration, analytics, notifications, onboarding and feedback so teams could use it in their day-to-day delivery.
PM requirement skills
Designed requirement-check and update workflows, connected them to project context and ticket creation, and published six reusable PM Tool skills with installation guidance and handoff support.
Agent-driven testing
Built worksheet-driven agent testing with reusable execution steps, validation and reports, and transferred the workflow to PMs for repeatable business-scenario checks.
AI delivery and HR pilot
Shaped reusable AI delivery workflows with isolated implementation and independent QA, then prepared business discovery, engineering handoff and a six-week HR pilot plan.
Airline mobile booking
Co-led a 14-person delivery team while owning its BFF, from mobile-friendly APIs and seat-map conversion to integration guidance, staging validation and production support.
Mobile platform enablement
Led technical enablement across mobile teams, personally delivered dependency-build automation for two apps, and later supervised Team Leads responsible for enablement and shared components.
Airline order services
Primarily owned order and notification services plus booking-management and query services, including concurrency protection, payment integration, currency calculations and provider failure handling.
