Context
Business users can describe a problem without knowing which parts need a prototype, an engineer or an operations handoff. I worked on an AI-assisted delivery approach that made those routes explicit and kept the output reviewable.
The work connected discovery and scope definition with reusable skills, implementation, QA and support from engineering or DevOps.
My contribution
I built reusable development workflows using isolated worktrees, independent QA and reviewable pull requests. I also repaired multi-repository routing and repository checks.
I validated three local business scenarios across autonomous delivery, assisted work and engineering-handoff routes. Depending on the scenario, the useful output was a working local tool or a handoff pack that another team could act on.
Planning the operating model
I converted team discussions into phased delivery plans and readiness checks covering business requirements, skills, deployment and internal service connections. An architecture proposal connected a Skills/MCP plugin, project UI and shared backend, with a clear route for engineering assistance.
The plan later became a six-week tracker with owners, dependencies and completion evidence. It began with a manual deployment-request handoff.
HR discovery
I prepared and published a 13-question discovery form around recruitment pain points, the smallest useful scope, success criteria, data access, human review and the support participants expected. Outreach and a recurring leader-coordination schedule were prepared around the pilot.
This work helped move the discussion from an open-ended AI idea to specific workflows, participants and acceptance questions.
Validation and delivery
The delivered artifacts were reusable workflows, three locally validated scenarios, handoff materials, the phased plan, a six-week tracker and HR discovery preparation.
At the latest recorded checkpoint, the HR trial and broader platform adoption were still ahead. The work demonstrates the discovery-to-handoff approach without claiming completed pilot outcomes or realized productivity savings.

I’m glad to talk through this work and how a similar approach could help your team.
