Context
A business-oriented test case is useful only if it can be executed consistently and its result can be reviewed. I worked on an agent-driven approach that started from worksheet cases and produced both execution and a report.
The intended users included PMs, so repeatability and readable results mattered alongside the agent’s ability to operate a browser.
My contribution
I used worksheets as structured test inputs and designed reusable step tooling to reduce repeated browser work. The workflow included validation around execution and outcomes, report generation and repeat runs using generated scripts.
I also worked on speed and concurrency, and supported result review and feedback. These were practical execution concerns: a PM needed to run the cases again and understand what had happened, rather than receive only a one-off agent summary.
PM enablement
I completed knowledge transfer for the initial workflow and helped connect it to product-specific case preparation. Later work depended on PMs supplying the next set of cases and trying the flow on a more complex product.
A shared cloud panel was discussed but deferred. The delivered scope was the testing workflow and its reusable execution/reporting approach.
Validation and delivery
The core framework and PM knowledge transfer were recorded as completed in May 2026, with later tuning and feedback work continuing. The source records support reusable steps, validation and reporting, but do not establish a measured time saving, total test coverage or organization-wide adoption.

I’m glad to talk through this work and how a similar approach could help your team.
