Context

Receipt workflows encounter more than one clean image at a time. The work included multiple receipts in an image, non-formal receipts, company-specific behavior and long project-code lists, alongside the administration and messaging-platform setup around them.

My contribution

I led proof-of-concept and solution-design work, implementation and client change requests. The design used decoupled service and administration responsibilities.

I worked on receipt-handling logic, configuration-based behavior, project-code constraints and administration improvements. I also investigated delivery failures, including staging recovery from a provider rate limit, and explored batch-receipt constraints in WhatsApp Flows.

Later operational diagnosis

In October I reproduced production token rejection and staging API preflight failures, identified identity/gateway dependencies and prepared a draft fix with a DevOps handoff. That handoff included acceptance and rollback steps, supported by local tests, typechecking and lint.

This was diagnosis and recovery preparation. The latest source checkpoint did not yet confirm deployment or restored live sign-in.

Validation and delivery

The record shows repeated client iterations, tested changes and receipt edge-case work, along with Meta-readiness preparation. It does not establish extraction accuracy, financial-control coverage or a measured time saving. The useful engineering story is the progression from an initial POC into configuration, exception handling and operational support.
