Context
This product work combined quality guidance with later interface and payment-flow exploration. I helped teams decide what to test, inspect the resulting evidence and make unsettled product behavior visible through prototypes.
Testing and readiness
I reviewed and refined test cases, load-testing plans and stress-test results, and helped plan the production-health measurements to discuss with PM and DevOps. The recorded work spans several review and follow-up rounds.
The role was test guidance and readiness support. The available notes do not provide a production-capacity result or establish that the proposed health metrics were deployed.
Product exploration and local implementation
Later, I clarified checkout and member-payment questions around order fees, balances, exemptions and refunds and produced three prototype options. Those alternatives gave stakeholders concrete behavior to compare while the final rules remained undecided.
I also implemented an animated 3D header locally and checked tests, build, lint and browser behavior. Integration and deployment acceptance remained open, so the result is described as a validated local implementation rather than a released product feature.

I’m glad to talk through this work and how a similar approach could help your team.
