Context
Early in my Accenture tenure, I worked in a four-person team on a blockchain proof of concept. The engagement ran for roughly a month before I moved into the airline backend revamp.
My contribution
I implemented BFF integration around Java chaincode/smart-contract behavior and supported blockchain environment and deployment setup. The recorded scope includes Amazon Managed Blockchain configuration and private-chain deployment work using EC2 and Kubernetes.
This was an application-to-contract integration and rapid-prototyping assignment within a small team. I do not claim ownership of the entire POC or a production blockchain programme.
Validation and delivery
The team delivered a functional POC during the engagement. The work record describes three weeks to functional delivery within the roughly one-month involvement window. It remains a POC outcome, with no claim of production adoption or subsequent commercial impact.
Further discussion
I’m glad to talk through this work and how a similar approach could help your team.
